✨ Processing Time

Each order is freshly made, packed, and shipped within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). I take my time to ensure you receive a product that’s beautiful, clean, and made with care.

Once your order is processed, it will ship via USPS. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as it’s on the way!

📍Local Pickup (Rhode Island only)
If you're local to RI, I offer free local pickup! Yes we are handmade in Rhode Island! Just select the local pickup option at checkout and I’ll reach out via email or text to arrange a time that works best.

💌 Returns & Exchanges

Because my butters are made-to-order and for personal use, returns and exchanges are not accepted for general dissatisfaction or change of mind.

BUT — if your item arrives damaged or there’s an issue with your order, please reach out within 5 days of delivery to Luxiloombb@outlook.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A photo of the item + packaging

  • A brief explanation of what happened

I'll do my best to make it right! 

☀️ Note on Summer Shipping

My formula includes a natural emulsifier (BTMS-25) to help prevent melting, but body butters may still soften in high heat. If that happens, pop it in the fridge for a few minutes — it’s still totally safe and just as effective.
